Daily Routine

  1. Set the three (3) most important tasks for today;
  2. single-task - when working on a task do not switch to others;
  3. process email inbox to empty;
  4. check email no more than twice a day;
  5. exercise five-to-ten minutes a day;
  6. work disconnected from the Internet - no distractions;
  7. follow a morning routine;
  8. eat fruit & vegetables every day;
  9. declutter desk;
  10. say no to commitments that do not benefit you;
  11. declutter house;
  12. five-sentence limit for emails.
